We loved the hotel and staff they were extremely helpful and welcoming, with lots of advice when you asked about places to eat in Granada and places to visit. One of the nicest parts was not being in the city and the views from the hotel itself, but this does mean that we either hire a car or rely on Taxis and the local bus. The bus takes half an hour into Granada itself and runs very frequently.Alistair - 6.0Scored 6.0

Don't attempt to drive and park in town, you need a bank loan! The 33 bus goes right to the centre which connects to a network of buses for Alhambra and other areas. The one fare covers one hour on any bus.

Not the smartest end of town, but a good base for visiting the area. Very good and cheap bus to Granada. Helpful cycling shop. Very friendly restaurant, Los Faroles. The better supermarket, Mercadona, is a ten minute drive.

Breakfast was delicious and always included some typical Spanish elements. Lots of veggie options for breakfast and also dinner if you decide to eat at their restaurant. Beds are comfy and everything was sparkling clean. The hotel staff/ owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we’re super kind and helpful.

Our room was spacious and felt authentic, with multiple places to sit. The pool area was relaxing with a gentle breeze, and gorgeous mountain views. Parking outside of the hotel was sometimes challenging but always worked out. I would recommend a car when visiting. We enjoyed the breakfast, despite limited options. The proximity to the Alhambra is a plus.

I was on a bike packing tour and could bring my bike right into the spacious room. They even have special bike stands that they provide - so no leaning against walls.. In addition to making us feel welcomed, she gave very great pointers about visiting Granda. She even stayed up till midnight to help us to get Alhambra passed. The staff were great and really friendly and helpful - especially at reception where we had maps printed . He ordered us a taxi which took us directly to the best view point and then we walked back to the hotel along the river .
