Andy and Sarah are absolutely lovely hosts and the location was a dream! They were super helpful and shared valuable tips for the area and our next destinations. It's thanks to them that we were able to book a visit to the Caminito del Rey. The breakfast was fantastic, we even got some extra Easter treats since we visited on Easter Sunday, and delicious fresh orange juice from the orange tree outside. We got a lovely welcome even late at night and thoughtfully pre-heated rooms.

Villa Casa Rosa, El Torcal, hotel in Almogía

A recently renovated apartment situated in Almogía, Villa Casa Rosa, El Torcal features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

my parents had a wonderful stay at villa casa rosa in the middle of nature, tranquility and pure air. the apartment is clean and well equipped with very kind attention, a free bottle of water and a bottle of wine. Annelies was my parents' guardian angel during this stay...on the way my parents got lost as it was their first trip to Spain, they lost the internet and therefore the GPS and found themselves lost, I explained the situation to Annelies who left to look for them in the next minute, she took care of them and helped them resolve all the concerns they had and above all she stayed in contact with me throughout the stay to reassure myself...I surely recommend it

Casa Miramar, hotel in Almogía

Juan is super helpful, organized and responsive. He brought us everything we needed and dropped us back and forth from the airport and center of Malaga for a very reasonable fee. The view is incredible. The pool and the layout of the house it great. I was absolutely blown away waking up to it each morning. It is a rural house so the style is old fashioned, which is what you expect, but works well and is functional. The are loads of spots to sit, ample sun loungers and so many beds. We had the best time, and I would definitely book again.

Easy to find and comfortable accommodation.

Easy to find and comfortable accommodation. Sarah and Andy can share so much local knowledge and go out of their way to help you explore the area. The evening meals by Sarah are tasty, delicious and arouse the taste buds every time we sit down. This meant we did not need to use the local restaurants in the village. The breakfast is super with everything we wanted and more with a different choice every day.

    Scenery in the mountains.

Scenery in the mountains. Relaxed pace of life, you can sit in the sun in the countryside with solely the sounds of nature and the odd goat-bell ringing and there is no light pollution at night. Bar Godoy in Villaneuva de la Concepcion does very tasty home-cooked Spanish cuisine and the owner Carlos is very welcoming but be aware that evening meals are not served in many places before 8pm and quite a few places seemed to be shut on a Tuesday night. This was by far the best place we ate out at and reasonably priced. The local cheeses and cured meats are delicious.
