The hotel staff very rude , would not help at all , I traveled with a 5 year old , there was nothing in the hotel not even a glass of water they did not help me to order any food , the roomS has no curtains, overall stay away from this place . Nice little place for a stay to visit Kobenhagen and Holbaek. The window of our room looked at a wall, but what? We did stay there to sleep and had everything we needed including an excellent breakfast and comfy beds. But the best thing was, that we have been the only guests in january and had the shared spaces (kitchen and breakfast room) for ourselves.
