-Be organised when dealing with bills
-Always include a breakfast when a suite is booked
-A minibar is a must
-Free water bottles are useful upon arrival
- Pen and paper in a suite is also useful if you want to write something
- making a suite warm for a customer arriving at 6 pm is very important in particular if he or she have ysed your hotel before

Room basic and over priced. Not like the pics! The room furniture was basic and towels old and scratchy. We were not advised breakfast was not included so was additional £29. It too was basic buffet that ran out and was luke warm. Not impressed!
Overall very disappointed for the price paid.

No listed help in the bedroom as there usually is in a Hotel room. The window in the bedroom would not stay open it was a sash window that slid back down as-soon as you opened it. Lighting by the dressing table was not adequate. Seating and coffee table was not what you would expect in a bedroom it was garden furniture and there was only one chair to sit on!!

The room was very comfortable and had a nice view.
The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant and it was really good.
The location is so good for everything that we needed.
I would have preferred the room be cleaned more often, with jet-lag and sleeping a little later the room was not touched for most of our stay.

I was very disappointed as in no way is Orsett Hall a 4 star...
I was very disappointed as in no way is Orsett Hall a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a major refurbishment, the decor is old fashioned and tatty. The grounds are lovely but not kept very clean. We stayed there for a wedding in a nearby venue and had chosen Orsett Hall because it appeared to be lovely and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I am afraid I am not able to recommend it. The food was ok and some of the staff were lovely but were obviously very inexperienced and had had little training.
We stayed here to be near a friend's 50th birthday venue and chose Orsett Hall over the local Travelodges and Premier Inns. For the price, we should have stayed elsewhere as this was not a premium experience. Nothing particularly bad that stood out but the room was basic, breakfast was average, room service food ordered late at night was expensive and inedible (stale white bread cheese sandwich with some crisps for £13.50) and they don't have an EV charger.
What can i say this place is really nice.. I don’t have a bad word to say about it!! The location is exceptional, the room was really comfortable and felt like a home from home…. The spa is absolutely amazing and the food is great,.. We will definitely be staying again real soon… Thanks again Orsett Hall your hotel is perfect
Nice size room, comfy bed, good bathroom with really good sized bath tub. Spa pool, sauna and steam room were all good and used by us. The furniture and fittings in the hotel are excellent quality, good solid wood, good carpets. It just exudes quality.
Spa facilities were good.
Room was clean
Bathtub was deepset, and there were ELEMIS shampoo and hand wash available in the room.
We came for a spa night, massages weren't firm or deep enough, very light touch.
All the staff from reception, the restaurant and spa could not have been more helpful, first class, thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days.
Excellent and would recommend Orsett Hall
