Annslea guest suite is set just outside Lisburn. It is set in a rural area with free parking, on a main road making it accessible to all local towns and facilities. Free WiFi is provided.

Yes we get our own kitchen with lots of breakfast options to eat and drink. But mainly the room itself was well-maintained and clean and tidy with good quality furniture and bedding. It is far but it is worth it. Much Recommended!

Moira is such a beautiful village.

Moira is such a beautiful village. I went for a walk in Moira Demesne. I cycled in the area and I went for a jog down along the canal which was absolutely stunning. There is a fantastic restaurant / bar next door, called the Stillhouse and the food there is mouthwatering and great value for money. There is also a lovely coffee shop across the street called Fine, which does very fine food too. It's very convenient to the motorway as well....

The breakfast was absolutely beautiful we had fresh croissants and such a beautiful buffy with loads to choose from, the room was like something out of a movie very homely and comforting and the lovely lady who greeted us upon arriving and at breakfast was so pleasant and beautiful, I would highly recommend! We are a young family and the location was fantastic as there’s a play park and walkway close by and bars and restaurants. One of the nicest gems I have stayed in.

I stay here every time I visit family in Northern Ireland. The restaurant is always used for a get together meal, as the food is always good and great value. The old buildings have such character, however they are well heated (necessary with stone walls), clean and enough facilities for a stay.

We were delighted with our visit to Valley Stream Guest House. We stayed in the annex where we enjoyed our own little apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with croissants, fruit and cereal for breakfast. Great value ! Laura was a lovely friendly host

Great breakfast! Great rooms, very comfy! I am used to boutique hotels with no staff on site until breakfast. However, the rest of my family with me were surprised and unsure. We ran across owner who was very helpful with extra linens and info.
