The room was spacious althought the bathroom was a little small. The accommodation was modern and up to date. The restaurant had plenty of seating and the staff were attentive.

the hotel itself was nice.
Reception clean, reception desk was automated BUT had a person to help those who had not used it before
rooms clean, beds comfortable
Just stayed one night after visiting the NEC. Great location right next to the Grand Union Canal.
Staff where all friendly and helpful.
Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
The food was excellent, and a great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant areas.
The room was a little tied but comfortable and had all that you need for a short stay.

Knowle is a pretty village with most essential facilities...
Knowle is a pretty village with most essential facilities nearby. It's close to picturesque local canals and their pubs (Kings Arms recommended). It's within easy reach of the M42 , Solihull shopping centre and Birmingham Airport. Only downside, we found the country lanes very narrow at times, particularly when confronted by a massive tractor that took up the entire width of the road with a driver intent on bullying his way through against the oncoming traffic.
everything , the rooms are so comfortable.and clean... but after a bad experience with another hotel we booked the Kings arms as it was our anniversary and Sophie on check in was absolutely wonderful , she gave us prosecco on ice to celebrate our anniversary. she was so kind and genuinely wants to make your stay the best it can be.
the cleaners do an amazing job and they also left a note saying happy anniversary.
overall we live the Kings arms and will definitely stay again.
The hotel and pub/restaurant were very very cute and lovely. Our lock actually fell off and we were locked outside of our room for about 2 hours: the staff were fantastic about it and whilst waiting for the engineer to come out, they offered to either put us up in a different hotel or have a tab of food and drink. As we were in a group, we stayed and had the cocktails which were amazing! Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and just what we needed!
Wonderful stay, everything was lovely, from the room to the restaurant and staff. The room is small, but perfect with everything we needed. Food was very nice and the breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
An attractive and spacious house that was well equipped with very comfortable beds. We were pleased to find a house like this to stay in in Knowle which is where our daughter lives. Would definitely stay here again.
Fabulous, friendly hotel with great food and atmosphere.
Breakfast was excellent.
Dinner superb.
Staff excellent throughout our stay.
Parking convenient and as a small everything nice and close.
