On our way to York, we stayed overnight to break the journey. Such a beautiful spot, a really lovely find. Dinner at a pub in Cranford, The Red Lion, booked by Sam our host. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer to enjoy the countryside.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Very comfortable stay lovely relaxing room beautifull garden excellent breakfast with plenty of choice lovely village would recommend the local pubs for good food sam is also available and gives you excellent advice on where to eat looking forward to our next vist

The gorgeous, spacious rooms are located in an annex, which offers peace and privacy. There’s plenty to do in and around the village, with two pubs and a lovely coffee shop close by, with beautiful countryside and further villages in the vicinity. The breakfasts were delicious and the owners are welcoming, helpful and unobtrusive if you’re looking for a quiet stay. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.CatherineUnited Kingdom
