The staff was very helpful & approachable when we had issues with the parking, but still it was a big hassle til we finally had everything settled.
The location is great & clean and right on top of the mall. The pool has a super nice sunset view.

Hilton Kota Kinabalu provided a wonderful avenue for us to spend quality time together and being pampered by the friendliness of their team, the food and the pool ! Love it here. We appreciated the fact the early check in, the delicious food, the many gazebos and lazy chairs at the pool area and the eco friendly toiletries -Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc in refillable big bottles rather than small one time use plastic bottles. A memorable, relaxing stay. Left feeling rejuvenated for sure :)
