Sleepy little town in Upper Alentejo.
Sleepy little town in Upper Alentejo. Good sarting point for exploring this part of the country, but not mutch on its own. A few places around for simple, homely food, but don't expect more, at least at this time of the year (early september).

Staff is extremely friendly, and we could store our bicycles indoors in a locked outbuilding. The breakfast was especially great and varied, loved the freshly cut fruits! This is a place to come back to.
