    Very calm and clean city.

    Very calm and clean city. Though it is an industrial city never feel like an industrial city even if you go to the factory areas. Roads are built well and trees are planted along the sides of roads. Big thing that catches my attention was city is noise free. Couldnt hear the sound of a motor bike or even metro train sound. many places government made noise protection fences on bridges, metro rails. Electrical shooters are very common and essential vehicle here seems to be.. Very nice city

    Ningbo City is a place where you have all the Western...

    Ningbo City is a place where you have all the Western services you need without paying the rate that Shanghai City has or Beijing's crowd. It has beautiful parks near the hotel, and the nightlife is alive. On a lovely night, don't miss the river cruise when the city is full of lights.

    We were in Ningbo for business and leisure, and Shangra-La...

    We were in Ningbo for business and leisure, and Shangra-La did not disappoint in either department. I actually did not know that this was a 5-star hotel when we booked, so we were amazed from the moment we walked in. The staff was the most professional AND amicable we have ever encountered when it came to personal pleasure (first name basis by the time we left, from managers to front desk to head chef) and attention to detail for our business meetings was also top shelf. The breakfast was out of this world, amenities were striking, and the music in the lounge was the most amazing we have ever encountered. And for a price that we didn't think a 5-star hotel could afford. We felt like we were at "home" -- one we couldn't afford, even though we could! Many thanks, Joshua and crew!

    I had such an amazing stay at this little Hilton on the lake. This was my first time in almost two years heading out on an overnight vacation as since the pandemic, I've been a bit apprehensive. This was within my province, so all I needed was a QR code. The staff helped with translation and went out of the way to assist me with room service. They were kind and accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. This was my first time staying at a "resort-style" hotel and it didn't disappoint!

    The entire hotel is well maintain the staff go out of they way to make your stay not just enjoyable but memorables. The horizons club package is worth taking. As it include a great bfast, and dinner with drinks The gym is specious and the pool just excellent. The hotel even offer free of swimming lesson The hotel is 5 min walk from the river walk is about 10min to major shopping area Overall the hotel is a great place to stay

    The staff was super nice, polite and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable! The layout of the bathroom was perfect and the bathtub was better than most places. The towels were perfect size but just weren’t the caliber you should find at a hotel of this ranking. You could not ask for a better location for food choice, proximity to public transportation and a bar with great music and non-alcoholic choices!

    This hotel is in a great location right next to a mall with numerous shopping and dining options. It is also within a short walking distance to a subway station and bus stops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk responded to my request promptly, and kindly accommodated room changes. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and drinks.

    Its an older hotel complex with lots of function halls, residence wing and even a smaller hotel at the front of the building. Looks like Sheraton did a good job maintaining it, the bathroom does not show its age and there is no odd smell.
