Staff were friendly and helpful and the room, in the 17th century part of the building, was clean and pleasantly quirky somewhat let down by a synthetic sponge mattress. There are a good range of restaurants very close by but if you are driving it is not obvious where you can park. We found a space in a street 5 minutes walk away, outside of the pedestrian area. Breakfast was acceptable but limited in scope.

One thing I really appreciated that I haven't seen in many German hotels was a sliding glass door on the shower so water did not spray all over the entire bathroom. There was also a safety handle attached to the wall. This should be required in all showers, but unfortunately it does not seem to be common. I was thankful this hotel installed one.

The Hotel is a historical building which was renovated with a lot of love and good taste in order that new and classic perfectly fit together. The beds were very comfortable and of excellent quality. Lovely breakfast room with a rich variety of food. A parking is less than 100m away.

Any way it was comfortable to sleep in. Was clean and tidy, in the historical part. Free Parking(from 18:00 till 8:00) is in 2 minutes walking, hotel also has parking, but only for 5 cars, were busy.
