Best customer service I've ever experienced. Booked for 17 people for 3 nights, but because of booking.com there was a bit of confusion which left us with a shortage of beds. But Dale ended up giving us a room for free so everyone had a bed to sleep on.
We were scheduled to arrive at around 8pm which was past the check in time, but he stayed back so he could be there to give us the keys. He turned the heaters on so the rooms were warm by the time we arrived.
The BBQ area was perfect. A big stove to cook on, two picnic tables for everyone, and a sink to wash anything you need.
