Friendly staff on check in at the Bar, I was early on way to football in Melbourne by train. Parma for lunch was good.
Room 1 close to toilets, bed was comfy and quality linen & towels. Renovated shower & toilet was good, plenty of hot water, be patient, it comes. Lounge & Kitchen available. Staff found my jacket I left in the bar and the cleaner retrieved it early in the morning with wallet intact!

Great shower, bed was comfy, large room, very helpful staff, great concrete drive and parking at room door. Motorbike friendly. Great location with Coles supermarket short walk up the road and Sebastopol Bowling Club also short walk for meals that were delicious.
