This complex did not look appealing from the outside however the unit was clean, the bed comfortable, the aircon - heating great, crockery, glasses etc provided better than most other similar places. It was quiet but not far from the highway. The room was big enough for a large bed, a lounge space with two big armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. There was plenty of bench space and power points. There was plenty of hot, hot water.

The location and the lady at reception was wonderfully friendly and gave us info re where to eat and where to go for a walk. The motel is an older property but the room was comfortable and quiet.

The beautifully presented rooms and property and the friendliness of the owners, David and Maria. Beautiful shower, extremely comfortable bed and wonderful surroundings inside and out. Ken and Marc are exceptional good hosts. Easy communication when booking and generous with local knowledge and opening their home to guest. We felt extremely welcomed. They even made some shortbread cake and we found 3 big Easter eggs on our bed. Too nice!
