The chalet was clean & warm on arrival & the views over the Tamar were amazing. There was everywhere needed for our 3 night stay including cooking utensils & an outdoor bbq. The bed was comfy as were the armchairs in the lounge area. The bathroom was large & clean & body wash, shampoo & conditioner were also supplied. We had a great stay with the location central to the wineries & food trail. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was great we had a kitchenette which was well stocked for breakfast and had Tea & Coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. The view over the Tamar River was great too!

We loved the location, view, and proximity to Launceston. The apartment is luxurious, and so much thought has gone into making sure you have everything you need. The hosts were very efficient and friendly. This is a very well-appointed apartment, and cleanliness was exceptional. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here you won't be disappointed.

You definitely need a car to get anywhere. No bus stop until the next town down. Amazingly fresh air - if you usually live in Sydney, you'll feel the difference for sure. Beautiful to drive around.

It was by far the our favourite place to stay at while we toured around Tasmania. The view was spectacular as soon as we walked into the chalet. It was such a lovely place to be at. This is a lovely place to stay, the views are beautiful.
This is a lovely place to stay, the views are beautiful. We had a lovely meal at the Hotel one night. We were picked up and went on an all day Winery tour which we really enjoyed, we had such a good lunch and then another platter later in the day, we didn't need to go out that night! Rosevears is a very handy place to stay for all sightseeing around the Tamar Valley.LOISAustralia

The view in itself is magnificent but complemented by the chalets facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was excellently fitted out, the washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Our cleaner was thorough and detailed. Our hosts Helen and Mike were lovely and communicated with us in a professional and friendly manor. We cannot recommend this place more highly. When I arrived in Ross I discovered it was 89 kms away. I am from N.S.W. so do not know the area. I immediately rang the hotel to explain and was told there was no refund. I ended up in what was previously a stable as part of the caravan park as it was the only bed available in Ross where everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
