This was my third stay at this place and I will be coming back again. Steve is very welcoming and an absolute gem of a host. The property has an interesting history and has been lovingly restored to accommodate guests by these owners. Beautiful views, lovely walks, each accommodation is unique and beautiful. This time around we stayed in the bakery which has a full kitchen and great table to sit around as well as a lounge area with plenty of seating and a cosy ambient combustion heater. We also booked ‘The Well’ accommodation and then we could came together and share a meal. We also enjoyed the outside BBQ facilities, sat in the glorious sunshine amongst the pretty roses and herb garden, enjoying the silence and watching the views. A definite must do for nature lovers. For an awesome meal The Scenic Hotel is a hop, skip and jump away. And if your a garden lover, Newman’s nursery is not too far, a little windy scenic drive and a must visit .. they do great coffee and awesome meals too..

The building, the view, the fireplace and the owner.
The building, the view, the fireplace and the owner. Steve was exceptional in providing assistance for us, even set our fire and returned next day with more wood and did it again. He was more than willing to talk about the renovation of the property, circa 1830's, so a 2 year build. It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a location.
