Absolutely disgusting accommodation, strong distinct odour in room, mould in the room/bathroom & rubbish in car parking. The curtains had mould & didn’t close, fork in event in shower. We booked out after one sleepless night & demand a refund for the two nights we paid for. This is a no star motel & should not be on the booking site. For health concerns a would strongly recommend DON’T BOOK.

Kitchen utensils lacked 99% poor Didn’t dear sit on the couch , bed was very uncomfortable. Oh and the noisey local black cat that gos from front door to pool side door meowing at 1am nonstop . Unless your meeting a one night stand for a tap & gap it’s not the best .

Went to the Sandown Park greyhound track for the biggest greyhound race in the World, the Melbourne Cup for dogs. $430k to the winner. Noble Park has hail storms bigger than I've experienced with hail rocks, not stones pelting down on the walk back. Forehead recovering well!

I have some very serious complaints to make about what was experienced on what was supposed to be a fun weekend away with my son who's 12 years old. Before I decribe what occurred and how poorly we were treated I would like to know, who is accountable to refund the hotel costs I paid for various other and incurred, additional expenses, during this horrible and horrific J

Have stayed here many, many times over the last 10 - 15 years and we were absolutely amazed at the transformation of the accommodation when we arrived. So impressive considering what it used to be. Well done. The staff in the Hotel area were fabulous, particularly one gentleman. Went above and beyond to make our visit very enjoyable.

This Hotel is located directly across from the Springvale Cemetery, perfect for the morning service we attended after travelling interstate the night before. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are meals and drinks right next door. We were extremely happy with this well priced accommodation.
