It's all about the experience. The beds were comfy, rooms were warm and clean and honestly would stay here again.
Comfier than what the prisoners would have copped back in the day. Love this place so much!! Worth the money

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The dinner discount and free drinks were appreciated. I liked the cockatoo pictures in the bedroom and the bathroom is spacious.

Larger country town with great facilities and many sightseeing options. Close to one Australia's great wine regions. Many accommodation choices available to suit all budgets. And of course it has the Blue Lake.

Such a pretty town with so many lovely houses and building. Lovely history to the place. Great vibe in the town centre with cafes and pubs and community. Lots to see and do with all the sinkholes, lakes and proximity to Coonawarra and Port MacDonell beaches

For a big town it lacked a choice of restaurants, we arrived quite late as travelling and nothing was open in town. Actually felt like a ghost town.
Good place to stop if travelling ocean road but only need one night there!
The Barns where we stayed had a good restaurant that was still open but is 20 min drive from town centre.

Beautiful historic town with famous landmarks, such as the volcanic crater lake (Blue Lake) and the Umpherston Sinkhole and sunken gardens. Very walkable town with lots of boutique shops, restaurants and coffee houses.

Much to see and do within a 100km radius of the city.
Much to see and do within a 100km radius of the city. It is a pity the the Princess Margaret Rose Cave is currently shut and there is no indication about a reopening date. The expected date (End of 2023) is now history. Direction signs should carry this information. Naracoorte Caves excellent. Get directions to "Hells Hole" and go for a short walk, Be amazed! Visitor centre is very helpful. If you are reasonably fit climb Mt Schank and walk the rim of an dormant volcano.

Despite the amazing natural attractions (especially the Blue Lake which is resplendent at this time of year), Mount Gambier seems to be revelling in past glories and much of the tourist infrastructure appears dated and run-down. Even the 'attractions' sign as you drive into town is peeling and faded...
Great location at the center of Mount Gambier.
Walking distance to shops and the cave park.
The house is good, big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids like the attics with a secret wardrobe.
There is vacuum, washer and dryer. No pressure to bring a lot of clothes.
Backyard and sun room are also great. I spent a few hours on a sunny day just sitting in the run room and watch the grass in the backyard.
the room is spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable for good sleep. Receptionist lady is very friendly and helpful. There is restaurant and bistro in the hotel. The food is good. The hotel has small playground for kids to play as well. The price is very reasonable, highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mount Gambier. Thank you!
The motel did not offer a full breakfast so I went to the hotel on the corner and got a great breakfast with good coffee for under $20. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave. The location could not be better for someone wanting a central position.
Everything was going ok but during the night few boys knocked on our door and we had a baby with us
That made us extremely scared and wanted to contact hotel staff but not able to find any contacts. Will be better if we can get emergency details if we require anything during our stay
Great hotel, at a good location. Restaurant and bar within the property made it convenient. Walking distance to market and key supermarkets. Nice sized rooms and modern amenities within the rooms. The breakfast, shared kitchen with all its amenities was a bonus.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Quiet location and perfect location as I was attending a function at The Barn. Bathroom was superb and the room and facilities couldnt be faulted.
It was a budget hotell and provided exactly what I would expect from one. The bed was good and the facilities were very clean. Kitchen crockery and cutlery was sufficient.
Spacious room in executive suite. Bed is better than some other hotels I have been. Toilet has locks which is must for a family with kids. Our kids loved the balcony.
The room was exceptionally large and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a motel. The large freestanding bath was an unexpected bonus.
