Great location to where I needed to be in Epping. Very clean, room lifts were very quick, check in and out quick. Would stay here again. Car parking free and secure, staff warm and friendly, clean fresh room. Great feeling of safety being a solo traveler.

The receptionist was to busy talking to their manager and left me waiting for 10 mins before getting off the phone so we could book in The add says that there is a complementary bottle of wine or champagne on arrival, as well as bottle water supplied. The milk was in capsules the size of thimbles, and only 8 at a time. Must say though the cleaning staff did a great job in serious room everyday. We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room...
We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room through Booking.com. Big western called us to change our booking to 2 family rooms. We were fine with that. Upon check in we paid $183. (thinking that was for both rooms) She then said we need to pay $137 for the other room. (2 transactions) she said she has to charge us for our original booking through Booking.com, the deluxe and family room. We argued for ages that we should only be paying for 2 family rooms and that they changed our booking, not us! Very frustrating! Not only do I feel we were ripped off, I know we were ripped off! The staff were wonderful and the room size large and clean. Complimentary bottle of wine. Takeaway, restaurants and service station very close by. DFO shopping close too. We would certainly stay again. Front garden a little sad.

Reception open late with a range of drinks available for purchase. Room much bigger than expected as I had a two bedroom space. Well equipped kitchen area with enough plates,bowls, utensils etc. Will definitely be back for work trips to Melbourne.
