Marulan is an interesting little historic village about 30kms from Goulburn. There are a number of quaint little stone buildings with information boards about their history and current use. We ate both lunch on Saturday and dinner on Sunday night at The Terminus Hotel, food quite good and open wood fire a real bonus! We met a few of the locals and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Marulan is probably not somewhere I would have considered visiting, but my husband and I were attending a motorcycle course at the local Pheasant Wood Circuit and were pleasantly surprised by what a cute and interesting little place it is. Well worth a look if you're travelling between Sydney and Goulburn and want a meal of cup of coffee.

Lovely renovated house which has shared facilities - bathrooms, fully equipped modern Kitchen, dinning & laundry (new appliance & excellent dryer & washing machine) with separate key entry bedrooms. Also a loft room with queen bed, lounge, desk, walk-in robe, dinning table, small fridge & microwave own bathroom and a separate single bed room. There is a couple of ensuite rooms in building at the rear of the property which also have shared facilities - full Kitchen, lounge. The accommodation would suit groups of people travelling together that don't mind sharing facilities. Very clean, tidy and modern well presented friendly check in :)

Property Manager was very helpful .

Property Manager was very helpful . My Mother became ill on the first day and I had to leave a day early. The property was very clean and of high quality and I would loved to have stayed longer. They were very helpful and under my circumstances they refunded my accommodation fee for the unused portion of my stay. I would be pleased to stay at Marulan Stayz again in the future.

Marulan village is a good stop over off the Freeway.

Marulan village is a good stop over off the Freeway. The Marulan Motel is comfortable and reasonably priced with a Restaurant on the grounds. I had breakfast in town. Very friendly people and great food. There is a nice park, antique shop, post office... a good place to stop-over and have a rest away from the Freeway in a quaint village.

Lovely period house, renovated by retaining period features. 5 downstairs double bedrooms share a toilet, a shower, a laundry, and a combined second toilet & shower. Full kitchen allows cooking, and comes with ocmplimentary food. Alison the mamnager is very friendly. Nice to be able to pay cash on arrival. Maulan pub nearby does good meals.
