There is so much to see.

There is so much to see. There is a lot of sights to see in close proximity to the town. Everyone was friendly. Very clean. The Hotel is very good with great food. The shop had everything we needed but quite expensive.

Marion Bay was very pretty with good beaches.

Marion Bay was very pretty with good beaches. The Tavern was a great place to eat. Watching the sunset on Willyama Beach was very special. Hillocks Drive was a beautiful place to spend the day with so much to do, including snorkelling. Annie’s Nursery was like an ocean infinity pool complete with fish!

Marion Bay is a secluded spot great for fishing, beach walks and access to Innes National Park. Other facilities are limited but the there is a small general store, take away and a pub. Suggest to bring as much as you can so you don’t have to rely on getting food, etc. An easy drive from other sights on the Yorke Peninsula.

Marion Bay is such a beautiful part of South Australia with a magnificent and rugged nature. The jetty in Marion Bay, the general store with petrol station and the Tavern are the highlights. It was our second stay and we came back because we fell in love with the area the first time. Innes National Park is truly the highlight of the area with lots to explore. Kangaroos, different species of birds, lizards. The historic villiage of Inneston and its surrounding lake is a hidden gem.
