Spacious, elegant rooms in a carefully restored heritage building close to the main town. Felt very luxurious. Lots of thoughtful touches like beach towels. Very comfortable beds. Close to the main town (tasty pizzas at Coffin Sally). We walked to East beach as well.
Some good restaurants and interesting shops. Little Cafe a must to visit. Tower Hill well worth seeing and walking around. Many interesting walks within the reserve. Close to Killarney Beach (good for swimming), Port Ferry and Warrnambool. Friendly people, lots of country-side. sports grounds and lovely Botanical Gardens to relax in. Music history that still lingers with music festivals and workshops.

We absolutely loved the experience of staying in an old Pub.
We absolutely loved the experience of staying in an old Pub. The Koroit Hotel still has it’s original charm, decorated with interesting pieces from the past. The Delicious Meals on site was an added bonus.

I loved the small town of Koroit and enjoyed visiting the Botanical Gardens, Library, Schools, the pub for dinner one evening and even the Op Shop. Also loved walking the rail trail - a real highlight.
It is only a short drive for trips to Tower Hill, Port Fairy and Warrnambool. A great kick off for day trips.
The unit was very spacious and unique being renovated school portables, very nicely done up. very clean. the bed was very comfortable, one of the best beds i have slept in. The location was good in between Koroit and Port Fairy. The local hotel in the Historical town of Koroit was excellent. Very pleasant 3 night stay.
Breakfast was a generous continental breakfast with plunger coffee and a fine selection of cereals. They even provided Bonsoy - which is an example of their intention to please!! Location in the heart of Koroit is unsurpassed.
Breakfast and staff went above and beyond. The price of hotel was good - considering Breakfast included! Clean rooms and facilities. Thanks for extra ice for the fish we caught to the lovely gentlman who works there
Mickey Bourke's Koroit Hotel was an experience. Great location and easy walk to the GVBR village which was in town during this period. We were very welcomed by the staff at the Hotel and had a great time.
The hotel has a pub and restaurant. Food was excellent. Lots of choices and a couple of weekly specials. The building looks nice on the outside. The bed was old but comfortable.
lovely location near Koroit and half way between Warrnambool and Port Fairy. very comfortable and modernised. Netflix and good wifi. a walk in Tower Hill to see wildlife a must
