It was very quiet and peaceful. We saw Kangaroos in front of our cabin everyday. The Lakeview from the cabin was wonderful.

Amazing hosts, fresh bread and eggs from the farm. We had the best dinners provided. The bath tub outside was lovely 😍 and the doggos loved the enclosed garden

    Kioloa is the best place to stay right in the middle for...

    Kioloa is the best place to stay right in the middle for visiting Batemans Bay on one side and Ulladulla on the other side. Stay for two nights and you can cover all the nearby beaches. Please make sure you get your groceries from Batemans Bay or Ulladulla if you are a person who enjoys only shopping from Aldi, Coles or Woolworths. Or else there is an IGA near to Kioloa at Bawley Point.

    I loved that it trully is a pet friendly park!

    I loved that it trully is a pet friendly park! I really like the awsome BBQ areas, it was nice to meet other travellers while we all cooked, the beach it literally next to the park so the whole atmosphere is so relaxed, there is an IGA supermarket about 2 minutes from the park that is really well stocked and a great pizza takeaway in the same complex, there is a boat ramp up one end of the beach with access via main Rd, lots of wildlife, make sure you bring a camera beautiful sunrise!

    Great views.

    Great views. A big house that felt comfortable and easy to live in. Not much around in terms of walking to eat or coffee. Short drive to a reasonable cafe. Longer drive (Batemans Bay or Ulladulla) for any choice to eat. Great walk over the headland at the south end of the beach and an easy walk back through the bush. Too many rules spread all over the house in stck on notices. Lots of wildlife.

    Lovely staff, great accommodation.

    Lovely staff, great accommodation. Only problem though is with the hot water in toddler's bath near the pool. Either it is not working or it takes ages to heat up. By the time i gathered enough water for my baby's bath, hot water tap is still cold. Other than that, everything is good.

    Kioloa Beach Holiday Park is a relaxed, inexpensive and extremely friendly place for families with children (and dogs!) to stay. The park is fun, relaxed and friendly and the beach is beautiful. It is very affordable and just over an hour from Canberra - perfect!
