The unit is quite small but exceptionally clean.
The unit is quite small but exceptionally clean. The Suite is delightfully decorated and comfortable. The garden and fishpond are beautiful and a variety of seating is available. The Suite is in a suburban neighbourhood, but is peaceful and pretty. Perfect for a lone travellor or couple planning a short stay. As I was in town for a function in a neighbouring town (Avoca Beach), I did not get to see much of Kincumber itself.JuliannaAustralia - 8.0Scored 8.0

The hosts Liz and George were very welcoming and approachable and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Their fees for the service/accommodation provided are very reasonable and many other holiday lets around them are much more expensive. Don't be put off by thinking it's a lower standard just because it's cheaper than others. They could easily charge more and be justified in doing so. There is also an extra bedroom available at a small additional fee of $50 per night.
