Ange's BnB - Self Contained Unit with Ensuite, hotel in Cranbourne

Ange's BnB - Self Contained Unit with Ensuite is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Lyndhurst, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden.

This time my car was left at home, and I expeditously made use of the local buses on the PTV app. Loved the new renovated bathroom. Once again, quiet, clean and breakfast included. Lovely.

As family lived in Cranbourne, we were there for the son's milestone birthday so seeing the city sights was not on the agenda. However, we did spend time in the city itself. The graffiti was out of control and in most cases offensive. Driving was a mad max experience with no tolerance for us who are not used to that volume of traffic. In summary it appeared dirty and tired that could do with a refresh and a cleanup, just sweeping the streets and footpaths can make it look so much better and remove the graffiti. Final comment from one in our party as we left was Q: i can see why everyone wants to move to QLD

Cranbourne is a good place for shopping and has some good cafes and restaurants with different cuisines, and the cost of meals is very reasonable, especially for families. It also has a race course and regular race meetings. It has a good bus service, and the buses go to a lot of different destinations.

Extremely disappointed, for the cost of $135 I’ve stayed at backpackers with the difference being your own room as to sharing . The cost is way too much for this room , definitely needs to be re-evaluated.

The location was great - it was very near the bus stop and near the shopping centre. Although near a busy road it was nice and quiet and peaceful. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the towels nice and thick and thirsty, the bathroom and other rooms nice and clean. The microwave worked and the television had an excellent picture. The only bad things were the table light in the lounge room and also the main light in the lounge room - neither of them worked, they probably needed a light globe change. I had to put on the bathroom and bedroom lights to see when it became night time!!! Other than this, it was a pleasant, quiet stay.

The settlement hotel and facilities on site were exceptional. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and cafe and bar were welcoming, and I felt very safe being there on my own. The room service and amenities were exceptional. The bottle of water daily, the continental breakfast included, and the housekeeping services were remarkable. I did not have to ask for anything. There were plenty of towels and hand creams, shampoos and tea bags. The shortbread biscuits were very nice, and I felt it was a home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet.

I chose the motel for the location - I needed to be close to Blue Hills Rise in Cranbourne East. There was car parking immediately outside the room. The room has a stove top and some cook ware and plates.
