Cootamundra was the cleanest NSW country town i have stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a lot. The people of the town were extremely friendly. Every, museum, Historical society, church, pub, cafe, club we visited the people were so friendly. This made it a very warm feeling town.MikeAustralia - 10Scored 10

Great restaurant called 'bah bah" food & wine, friendly and great food. Nice main street with tree lighting a pleasant stroll from our motel. Unfortunately we only stayed overnight and didn't have time to look around. The Southern Comfort Motor Inn is a great place to stay.

We had a quick visit to Cootamundra as part of a larger road trip. The Cricket Captains walk in Jubilee park was interesting and we also enjoyed visting Bradman's birth place Museum. Well worth a visit.

friendly town lots of options for eating out or take away wonderful attractions well worth the visit to see museum near the station and of course Don Bradman's birthplace. There is a lovely art/craft shop next to information near the station. Interesting antique shops

We stayed here Boxing day which probably didn't help. Some hotels did not have their bistros operating so getting a meal was difficult. One cafe/take away open and that was run poorly and food not the best.

Needs some work, the door on our unit nearly falling apart and sticking on trying to open. Clean, fine for quick overnight stay when travelling. We didn't use the restaurant but it seemed to have a very good reputation for good food.ColinAustralia

He couldn't manage two rooms together because we wanted them on the ground floor, however, we were close enough. Clean and tidy hotel with lovely refurbished bathrooms, great showers and hot water aplenty. Rooms do not have everything supplied on arrival, but hairdryers, plates and bowls can be requested and delivered without fuss. The rooms are quite small and compact, which is fine for us, but others might prefer larger.NgaireAustralia

The Villa we stayed in was well set out and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a glass of wine on the little outdoor area overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay again if in Cootamundra.
