    It was quiet and private.

It was quiet and private. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom - made it oh so toasty on the cold hills mornings. I actually don't think there's anything I didn't like about the property!!! Highly recommend it to anyone. It is truly a home away from home.

It hit all of the things we were expecting on arrival and was super clean, neat and well appointed. The owners live at the back of the block, we rarely saw them around the property, except for watering of plants. we both had a chat with the owner who was friendly and helpful.

What a great find just out of Mylor, a setting that should please any traveller. A cabin full of what makes a holiday special. Breakfast supplied, all you need to do is cook it. Cereal, bread and toast also available. The outdoor bath tub is a wonderful addition, so enjoy it. Take the 1.5km walk into Mylor for your morning coffee.

Everything was wonderful. The service, the room with the glorious bath tub, the natural light pouring in from the big windows. The breakfast provided was amazing, so much food! Beautiful And when I say good service- I got a wonderful warm welcome, advice on taxis and takeaway as I did not have a car, and I was not disturbed the whole time I was there (which some hotels/B&Bs do a bad job of), but they made sure I was able to contact them easily , put out dirty dishes, get new towels etc. Love that.

Such a peaceful place to stay and recharge. Our spacious apartment was surrounded with a beautiful forest canopy and bird life. Everything was of the highest quality -- From the crisp bed linen and cozy leather sofa to the fresh breakfast provision, which also included local jams, yoghurt, and honey (and not to mention the most delicious homemade fudge and cookies!). Our host, Kate, was very gracious and welcoming -- A great source of information for best local places to eat and visit.

The location is amazing - the perfect spot for a getaway. It is so tranquil and instantly relaxes you. You cannot beat the outdoor bath overlooking the creek! There were lovely fresh breakfast provisions left for us, and you're only a short drive from all the conveniences of Aldgate. The cottage is very cozy, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and seeing the local wildlife visit us too. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway spot!

Everything! Our stay was lovely. The best accommodation we've stayed at in Adelaide. Kate was very hospitable and was always willing to help in any possible way she could. There's a booklet in the place with all the attractions, restaurants which made it easy for us when we thought about food options. This place has everything you need and Kate re-stocked our breakfast provisions when asked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in the hills.

We stayed in the King Apartment Two with the black and flower theme. Extremely comfortable with generous space. The Host Esme greeted us and we love the story behind the property. It was like living in a small home with plenty of space for a couple. A quiet location walking distance to Aldgate village and 2km to Stirling. The scones with jam and cream was a special treat upon arrival.

The Aldgate cottage is the nicest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The interior is cosy, beautiful and perfectly appointed. The garden was astonishing, with a creek running through and an abundance of flowers. Terry and Fiona were incredibly thoughtful and generous, and always very responsive. It was perfect.
