Tipapa Estate is truly a very special place. A unique experience made so by Jane and Stewart. Sharing their beloved fur babies with us and going above and beyond by showing us their property. Jane’s homemade jams and Stewart’s sourdough were delicious.
A good location for a relaxing getaway in Hanmer Springs, Riverview Lodge is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the river.

We were so pleased & lucky to be able to stay here for the night… before the hosts get married this coming weekend & go away on their Honeymoon… what an awesome place… we would highly recommend it… its a beautiful place with amazing outdoor scenery, very homely & comfortable… the host went above & beyond with socialising drinks & breakfast was very tasty…. we felt at home… we look forward to coming back again… We would like to wish the hosts all the very best for there Wedding Day and there future adventures together 💞

the views coming into Culverden and the surrounding district were spectacular! The bakery had many delicious treats as did local cafes. The pub provided a very tasty meal too. The Waiau River with mountain views was very impressive.

Culverden is a small community with just a Four Square, Petrol, a great takeaway, I recommend the fish & chips, and a few places to stay. It is a beautiful area and was a great place to stop off on a long drive up north.
