Clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. There is bar and restaurant right next door with great ambience. The hotel is quite rustic and full of character. Excellent internet connection. Strong water pressure in the shower. And while its located right along the Cardrona-Wanaka road, the traffic I noticed is greatly reduced after about 8pm and doesn't pick up again until about 6/0630am. This didn't interfere with my sleep at all.

A very modern style spacious room with nice outlook. The most comfortable bed ever! Loved the decor with the real plants - felt modern but homely. A nice outdoor area altho too cold to use it! A grocery store just a few doors away. Nice quiet area. Could have stayed there a week! Would definitely stay there again & recommend it.
