We enjoyed the restaurants, especially the oysters and fish in general. St Vaast is a lovely little fishing port which has grown since our last visit. It is very laid back and relaxing. Hopefully we will be back again.

The dinner was very disappointing where as in previous years the food was excellent and the service is not as good as it used to be. Very comfortable room, excellent restaurant just a few steps out our door, very quiet and after 6 pm the whole island is private for just hotel guests. Superb breakfast buffet , museum entrance and boat voyage included in hotel charge.

The island has a beautiful walled garden and restaurant serving delicious seafood and beef. The rooms are light and airy with simple pleasant decor. The staff are lovely.
