Petersbach is a small village in the French countryside with wonderful nature. The forest is perfect for hiking, and biking, the area is really wonderful with attractions to see. Also, Strasbourg is within a 45 mins drive, yet the towns of Nancy and Metz seemed to be within reach for a little sightseeing trip.

Ms Patron was absolutely excellent, went above and beyond to help me out, I can't thank her enough. The restaurant does simple meals but very tasty (I only stayed for two days) and breakfast is just jam and bread/croissant but sometimes the simple things are the best. The hotel is a good central location for Vosges and Lorraine and I'd be more than happy to go back and spend more time there.

The staff were happy to accommodate my bicycle in a secure location. The room was very nice with a little balcony.
