We visited as a couple with a small dog. The property has a huge garden area that is right next to the beach. You are sharing this garden with the owners and you get a map where a specific area is assigned where you can freely move. The other parts are for the owner family ( there are no fences). The view is spectacular and especially the sunsets are beautiful. The house has a small terrace where you can have dinner and enjoy the sea. It was very calm and we rarely saw anybody in two weeks. Perfect place if you need a rest from people. Our dog loved the garden and fortunately got along well with the owners cat. There is a coastal foot path right at the beach that is perfect for walking the dog or a morning run. You can park your car inside the property and get a code for the gate.

Great house to rent in Penestin, we felt like being at home. Very close to the ocean. The house was equipded with everything you need for a great holiday stay. Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. The balcony overlooking the sea was pleasing feature Evening meal was excellent.
