This is truly a bizarre piece of luxury in the middle of Polokwane. The service is comparable to that of international 5 star hotels. Their restaurant is exceptional, and incomparable with other offerings around. That being said, this is the only 5 star hotel in Polokwane, an achievement they are rightfully proud of, however it does show in their lack of desire for innovation. The hotel has many areas that are unused and have got potential to create lounge areas for guests or additional bar space. Additionally, the lack of pool is a fair letdown.

The receptionist was very rude and was not around when we got to the lodge we only got a security who doesn't know what is what or know what is booking.com. The receptionist was called while sleeping came we waited about an hour for her to come and say “what is your issue here” not even to apologise about it.

Co.Fi Polokwane was one of my most awesome highlights more especially as an outgoing person and also not forgetting Meropa Jembe.
In terms of clothing and access to other facilities, Mall of the North was the main highlight

Coming from Zimbabwe we generally overnight in Polokwane en route to Johannesburg. We enjoy the facilities in Polokwane that provide for our agricultural requirements, since we are farmers, and the Mall provides for our shopping needs.
However, there are no decent restaurants in Polokwane. Most are chain restaurants and the service is poor, menus are unchanged and the food isn't great.
Further shopping in Polokwane central is always avoided due to the high incidence of crime.

DUE TO TERRIBLE ACCOMODATION OPTION BY bookings.com MY TRIP BEGAN ON A DISATROUS NOTE. FURTHERMORE, WHEN I LEAVE A SECTION INCOMPLETE, YOU GIVE THE BEST RATING. THIS CREATES A FURTHER INCORRECT EXPERIENCE. LET ME SAY IT AGAIN. YOUR SITE DID NOT DELIVER A GOOD SERVICE. I DID NOT GET WHAT I NEEDED. I AM STILL HEARING TO HEAR ABOUT MY REFUND. GET THE REFERENCE CORRECTED. I FOUND "NOTHING" GOOD ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

An unforgettable part of the trip was when one of my colleagues managed to pop the proposal during dinner at Oceans Basket. This has turned this journey into a lovely memory. Overall, it was a great place to be, and getting around on our intended path wasn't an issue.
This is not my first visit to Mavuta Manor, I have stayed at Mavuta Manor and also at Mavuta apartments. I go to Polokwane regularly and this is the only place I will stay at. If they are fully booked, I will change my travel plans to stay there. I am always received warmly by the staff and nothing is too much trouble. I needed to have a meeting and they arranged a private lounge area for the meeting. Lovely décor and linen. You can see that a lot of effort went into the interior design of the rooms.
-The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful
-The place is quite and peaceful
- The staff is friendly
- The place was clean
-The facilities are absolutely great value for the prices charged, especially in this economy
- By far, the best reasonable offer In Polokwane
-The Wi-Fi connectivity is superb
- The holy Bible provided in the room was heart-warming
The breakfast at Ruby Stone is always made to order and perfection. They have a large selection of cereals, beverages, individual bowls of fruits, freshly baked muffins and scones.
The hotel provided their boardroom for our work and it was very noble on their part. It makes our working comfortable and efficient
I loved the fact that it was easy to find and close to Savana mall. A quiet neighborhood and beautiful clean place. Wifi connection was excellent. It's great place for a weary traveler passing through town. The self catering kitchenette had everything we might need. The host was super friendly
My second stay here, so I guess that says it all. It's my favourite place to stay whenever I'm in Polokwane. Got a Luxury King Room this time around, which has PLENTY of space. Awesome decor and when I popped out quickly I came back to find my room had been cleaned :-)
The place is very beautiful, refreshing, clean and artistic. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Everything was above board and definitely enjoyed the stay. If I have to be in Polokwane again, I'll definitely book this place over and over again.
Location is very convenient. The hotel is next to the free way and a filling station. Tiiisetso and Ivy treated us very well. I also liked the buffet on our second night and breakfast. Reception and the guards treated us like royalty.
It's probably the best place to say in in Polokwane. So clean and very safe. I return and stay there on every business trip, comfort of the room with a work place and...a generator!!! WELL done!
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Polokwane.
The room was very clean and tidy. The place is central. The staff was very friendly. They assisted me throughout. The sorrounding is peaceful with birds singing in the morning.
They wellcomed us nicely. We nearly struggled to Identify the place because it had no hotel name displayed n we ended up knocking in the wrong address next door.
