I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on entry. The apartment was on the last floor with no lift access. It wasn’t anywhere near the centre. Went for a walk to get some food. Everything was closed. Lucky after a very long walk to find a pizza place. The shower was so small you could move much without hitting the very poorly installed plastic doors. Very disappointed.

Warm and welcoming, spoke good English, tremendous attention to detail. Didn’t like the stairs as we need to take dogs outside at difficult times day and night, however, we coped ok. The little balcony was perfect. The breakfast was excellent catering for all tastes.KarenFrance

The Bed was extremely comfortable, with good quality pillows and nice pure cotton bedding. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet, a room at the front would be quite noisy I think. The underground parking was a plus for a very reasonable price, with the parking spaces larger than most. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, I would book this hotel again.

All the necessary pots and pans in the kitchen, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a washing machine. This apartment was just in the right place in Novara, not too far from the center, can go by foot to the nearest shopping center. Great value for the apartment. The Wi-Fi was super fast >10Mb/s
