The Hotel is very big, inside out. With a lot of spaces for some rest (armchairs & table) indoor and a huge park around the building. There are two pools one indoor connected to one outdoor of warm water and with hydromassage that turns on several time during scheduled timetables. There is a little (2 people) sauna & steam room. It is 10 minute walk from the train station and centre with shops. A longer walk (20 mins) for a supermarket. The breakfast has a variety of sweet & salted offers with staff that moves amongst tables to clean & bring us the hot beverages of our choice. Night porter service. Beautiful view of the hills from the balcony.

Comfort of bistro
Aurora in the bistro, Guisseppe in the main restaurant, the front desk staff, and the cleaning person were very attentive, friendly and professional. My time in the bistro was very nice thanks to Aurora, and Guiseppe gave me advice on my travels to Padua.

The room was spacious and very nice. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and with plenty of towels and amenities. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well. It was a lovely stay overall and I would recommend it, especially if you're diving at Y-40.

Nice warm and warmer swimming pools, not Natural looking like in some places but big enough and not over crowded (especially not the coolest pool).
Good food, friendly staff, all a bit different but enjoyable

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

The stuff was very kind and smiling, helpful, the room we had was huge, with own sauna, all clean, comfortable, with nice design, the pool is large, inside and outside the building, closed really late 11 pm which is great, the pool bar and the restaurant have a good food. We parked our car at the hotel parking without nay problems. We had fruits and water in teh room, no extra charge for that which is not that obvious nowadays. We could have stayed there longer but we planned a road trip, each day somewhere else, need to go back there though.
I was surprised how was our stay fantastic! I did not expected anything and got everything😁 We travelled with 2 kids, one only 8 months old and support from stuff was unexpected. Nothing was not problem! Pools were great, food also without any issue, all and all service were fantastic.
Maybe hotel can be a little older but bcs of good care about it, there is anything to mentioned.
Highly recommmed and hope we can come back soon👍
I liked everything. Every one in the staff was very polite, professional and kind. Breakfast was really good. Both the room and hotel were kept very clean. Room was with big balcony and bathroom. Location was perfect near the train station and the Colli Euganei. The thermal pool was open 8-22 and it was so relaxing to enjoy it under the stars.
Pools are clean and not crowded even though smaller than some similar hotels. Well regulated facilities and helpful staff. Very peaceful area with views to fields and the hills. Bicycles available. Was here six years ago and they have kept up maintenance although rooms dated. Bed very comfortable.
The hotel has a bit of "retro" fashion, but it is perfectly maintained. The room and the entire hotel are very clean and tidy. Staff friendliness was amazing. The swimming pools are wonderful and they are a great asset. The whole place is quiet and just perfect for a proper relaxation!
Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.
Quiet, peaceful place, quality services, good rest, weekend music. It’s nice, curious to wait here for dinner because of the variety of menu. I haven’t tried mud therapy yet, but hopefully there will be an opportunity. Pet friendly hotel.
The hotel was very good and I recommend it. Especially for sports people that require physio.
The gym is good and the services (massages, Spa,...) are exceptional.
My only advise is not to book through booking.com. Go direct!
Location was great, just half block from Montegrotto Terme train station. Fabiola was great and very helpful. We could go back there in a heartbeat. Incredible restaurant downstairs
clean apartment, good location in residential area, just 5-10mins walk from day spa possibilities in 5 star hotel, 5mins walk from supermarket and café
