It was perfect tor family.
It was perfect tor family. They have nice small streets to wonder around, a place where you can drink or fill your water bottle with fresh water, some small parks, nice water falls, donkeys. We had a nice walk everyday in a nice cool weather. We had a lunch at one of the restaurants at the central plaza, and it was also delicious. Highly recommended.Rie NonakaJapan - 8.0Scored 8.0
Macugnaga is a pretty Italian alpine town with great skiing.
Macugnaga is a pretty Italian alpine town with great skiing. Even for non-skiers, it is worth a visit and the ride to the top in the gondola is wonderful summer or winter. Lots of good restaurants, friendly people, superb location for winter or summer sports.

A tiny village with a stunning glacier and the striking massive of Monte Rosa behind. The village in the summer is shows resemblance to South Austrian villages with the wood and the geraniums. Unfortunately we couldn't go up to Passo Moro for extraordinary maintenance, which was not evident from the website. But just climbing up to Alpe Bill offered a challenging enough hike, some mushrooms and a very different angle at the valley and the village. I'd pack and go tomorrow if I could.EszterHungary

The prettiest element has to be the balcony with the amazing view of Mount Rosa. The Staff is super friendly and always available to assist you with any issue. Nice breakfast with many foods and beverages to choose from and the possibility of having fresh cheese and cold cuts served to you at the table. The hotel was clean and overall I had and incredible experience and will be back for sure. Highly recommend!
