Well presented modern vibe to the whole hotel. Had an added luxury feel due to the spa. We had robes and slippers which I wasn’t expecting as I wasn’t using the spa facilities. Managed to get a decent upgrade to my room for not much more than the original price. The restaurant was lovely

I have booked 2 rooms for the day before and after 3 hours driving and almost arriving, they called me saying that could only supply 1 room. They have big issues on their booking system.
I have to sort my stay in another hotel and next day they had 2 rooms available and they gave to our family, 1 room in second floor and another in the ground floor, near the restaurant. They said straight that they couldn´t moove one room to stay near. The door to the corredor was always open and the noise on the ground floor room was a problem.

Location was great for shopping at Cheshire Oaks and visiting The Blue Planet Aquarium and Chester Zoo. Not far away for shopping and dining in Liverpool and all its attractions.
Ellesmere Port had interesting features around the Manchester canal, with ships and picturesque canal boats. Good variety of restaurants and had a lovely meal at Miller & Carter restaurant in Cheshire oaks.
Very easy to get around with good motorway links. People are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an ideal place to visit the National Waterways Museum, which is fascinating and well worth a visit. Signage to the hotel and to the museum are pretty dire, though, if you don't know the area ,and the council really needs to get this sorted satisfactorily. It's a central point to visit many local attractions and cities and is easily accessible from the motorway.

Great location for peace and quiet, was very nice to just have a walk round the hotel grounds to look at the Canal Boats. Although trying to park at the hotel wasn't ideal the overspill car park was very spacious and easy accessible. The rooms are brilliant and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious something for everyone and a fantastic choice for the kids
Over all 10/10 for our stay here we would certainly come back again

Almost perfect. A great location with free parking.
Almost perfect. A great location with free parking. Very tranquil surroundings and great walks close by. The staff were all extremely friendly-especially the 2 lovely ladies serving breakfast. Breakfast was very high quality and plentiful. The view from the restaurant is stunning. We requested a room on the highest floor and this was no problem. The mattress was very soft however, and my husband had a bad back the following day. Despite this we will definitely be returning as it’s very good value for money and the location, so close to Cheshire Oaks shopping is perfect (although I’d rather keep that a secret!).
This is our 4th stay at this hotel and experience was excellent once again. Check in was smooth, room was nice with view overlooking the canal and travel cot for our 2 year old was set up and ready. Dinner and breakfast were very nice were all fantastic (never too busy to acknowledge you with a smile)
Also the added addition of a packet of custard creams in the room was a nice touch.
Everything! The room.was spotless, the bed was ACTUALLY comfortable! Great shower. Restaurant food was lovely, both in the evening and at breakfast - nice bread for the toast! The staff made it all! They were ALL so friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble! Thanks for a great stay...a shame it was only for one night! Will definitely use this hotel again, and would recommend!
Every single staff member we met was lovely - very friendly and helpful. A smile also goes a long way and everyone greeted you with a smile. The hotel was very clean, our room was excellent - very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Having visited, we would not look to stay anywhere else in this area if and when we visit again.
Excellent location, fantastic staff, lovely food. We had breakfast, which was excellent and dinner, which was just as good, all the staff are so pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast staff always recognise us when we stay, which is very nice, this Hotel feels like home.
The property was warm, clean and dry. Parking was easy. Just around the corner there are restaurants, bars and shops.
It is a shared bathroom but I did not find this to be a problem.
The owner is on hand and very helpful. The internet has a strong signal.
All the staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plenty of choice for breakfast and very fresh. The hotel was in a lovely position with water all around us and plenty to see and do in the area.
Room was comfortable and beds were great. bathroom a little tired but fine. Breakfast was fine; usual buffet fare. Staff were excellent. Location wise although in Ellesmere port the hotel is on a nice canal and had free parking
nice spot within good distance to Cheshire Oaks outlet Park and other attractions. Quiet surrounded by the dock lands providing a pleasant outlook. Slightly obscured by scaffolding due to exterior property works.
As I am from Ellesmere Port I always like the location as I used to swim around the area when we were kids. The breakfast is always good, cooked well and plenty to pick from. the room was good.
The location is amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and of a nice size, shower was nice and powerful, swimming pool and sauna were great.
Great location. Very comfy and staff were extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and hot and the hotel catered really well for gluten free diet
