Gabicce Mare is a good basis for visiting Rimini, San Marino, Urbino, etc. The beaches are very well organized and comfortable (also, very near the hotel we stayed at). The restaurants are plenty and offer a choice of Italian cooking. Prices are moderate. Paid public parking is available in the streets around the hotel, but this can be difficult at times. All in all, very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Joined friends from the California for a cycling trip. The Alexander Bike Hotel was great--friendly family owned hotel and who made us feel that we were part of their family. The bike staff were professionals in terms of setting up the bikes (which were included in the package), good routes and knowledgeable guides. The entire staff at Alexander were fun, food was delicious, the wine tour was a great group activity, fresh fruits, veggies, and fish on a daily basis.

We are a family with a 4 month old baby and the host provided us with a microwave and electric kettle so we could easily sterilise bottles and prepare baby formula. We could wash the baby clothes in the washing machine too.There is free parking and a nice view from the property.
