The hotel has a very modern yet classy interior and the rooms are spacious and look great with big windows, a large bed and a couch. The staff was friendly and attentive and the Wi-Fi was rather fast. The location had a bus stop only 1 min away in both directions making it easy to get into the heart of Berlin.

While our first impression was wonderful, we later discovered that our automatic blackout curtains didn't roll down, that the additional close-up or makeup mirror in the bathroom didn't have a working light and that none of the phones provided were working. However, none of this bothered us much as we did not really need it, but it was a bit weird to discover. There is also a “gentlemen's” club two buildings over, which some people may be bothered by.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We had everything that we needed. The aparthotel is a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town with all it's sights. There are also many restaurants to chose from in the area. The train station is also close by.

Unfortunately our room looked out onto a building site, which is not the hotel's fault, but didn't give us a pleasant view from the room.

Stunning scenery, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with everything you can dream of (even champagne), friendly staff always willing to help… what else can you hope for?

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and we had to find somewhere else to have dinner (but we already knew about the days of the week they’re closed). On the bright side, the staff very gently arranged a reservation for us in a another village nearby. A little bit remote and not easy to access but not enough to pose a real problem.

The hotel was comfortable, good parking location in the front, had lifts, they communicated well before arrival and the instructions to check-in were also good 👍

The breakfast was definitely not upto the expectations. It was not fresh and this was a big turndown for the day although the stay itself was comfortable. There was just one women doing everything during the morning breakfast time who was very helpful though. Hope they have more staff to take care of fresh food on a daily basis.
