È il miglior hotel per soggiornare a Prishtina. La ricerca dei dettagli è quasi maniacale, nulla è lasciato al caso e tutto è veramente di altissimo livello. Personale da applausi, sono bravissimi, dai camerieri, alla sicurezza, a chi si occupa delle stanze. Le stanze sono enormi con una pulizia impeccabile. Buffet della colazione con una vastissima scelta di prodotti. Inutile dire che è tutto buonissimo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è poi impareggiabile.

I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

The hotel provides wonderful kit of toothpaste and toothbrush very helpful to light traveling. The room was clean note to put the sign for room cleaning. Breakfast was wonderful. Located 12 minutes walk from city center. Parking available at hotel front free of charge no booking needed. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel.
