The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

I strongly recommend! Incredible accommodation, beautiful, big, comfortable and with great location. The hosts and especially Edda were fantastic and very helpful. Edda provided us everything we needed and gave all the tourist tips for Bad Gastein and the surrounding area, organized everything with great care and prepared an incredible breakfast every day. There is also a sensational wine cellar in the accommodation. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Edda and Andreas
