The bathroom's include a shower and free standing bath tub. The library and lounge area includes a LED Smart TV with chromecast, DVD player and stereo system. Guests can enjoy sitting next to the cozy wood fireplace and may even be lucky enough to glimpse the Aurora Australis (Southern Lights) or wild native animals from the living room window. The property also has a BBQ and wood-fire pizza oven. The Hobart Entrance offers a spectacular panoramic outlook of Mt. Wellington, River Derwent, Downtown Kingston, Tasman Peninsula, and as far afield as the Tasman Sea. Guests can engage in various activities, such as golfing, windsurfing and fishing. Executive quality furniture and interior design featuring unique Tasmanian timbers all around - First Class lifestyle living guaranteed in Hobart! In door features 250 square meters of luxury living with all brand new floor, bathroom facilities, furniture, linen, and appliances. The property boasts spectacular views from every corner of the house. There are 3 king sized bedrooms with 3 ensuite and open floor plan from kitchen, dining to living and study/ family area. Outdoor, there is a dining set, wood fire pizza oven and BBQ in the back patio. Please note that since 2020, we have closed outdoor facilities (outdoor pool and hot tub) and these facilities are not part of your holiday rental facilities.

Hobart CBD: 15 minutes Hobart International Airport: 30 minutes It is only less than 10 minute drive to Kingston shopping centres, Kingston Beach, Golf Course, Coastal Hiking Trails, Blackmans Bay and many other attractions. Nearby attractions include: The Margate train and lavender field: 10 minutes away on the channel highway Cherry farms where you a grab a bag of freshly picked famous Tasmanian cherry Huonville: 30 minutes. There are many cherry farm on the way to Huonville. Cygnet: 40 minutes away Or simply relax at home and if you are up late enough, you might be lucky to catch the Australis aurora right from your living room window
