The property features a panoramic views of the mountains and sea. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The property is 250sqm of luxury living with quality furniture and features 3 king sized bedrooms with en suites, an open floor plan kitchen including all modern appliances such as a stove top, microwave and dishwasher and a dining and living area and study/family area. The bathroom's include a shower and free standing bath tub. The library and lounge area includes a LED Smart TV with chromecast, DVD player and stereo system. Guests can enjoy sitting next to the cozy wood fireplace and may even be lucky enough to glimpse the Aurora Australis (Southern Lights) or wild native animals from the living room window. The property also has a BBQ and wood-fire pizza oven. The Hobart Entrance offers a spectacular panoramic outlook of Mt. Wellington, River Derwent, Downtown Kingston, Tasman Peninsula, and as far afield as the Tasman Sea. Guests can engage in various activities, such as golfing, windsurfing and fishing.
