This is a great place for a couple who want to chill out or use it as a base to explore Ireland. The host really made us comfortable without intruding and we had everything and more that we needed. Simple things like condiments, bathroom basics and logs for the fire - all really useful things. We liked the isolated location and the log fire as well. It's basically a studio bungalow, for want of a better description - so perfect for a couple.

The cottage is over 200 years old and is located on a small farm with lots of animals. The hostess was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, interesting and all around awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. I was able to bottle feed a lamb and we collected fresh eggs from the hens for breakfast. We enjoyed the cottage and estate so much, we cancelled some of our plans to chill at the cottage. We hope to return in the future with extended family and rent both cottages.

The hosts were so nice and friendly, the place had an eclectic decoration, it was very special and cozy, every piece of furniture had a story behind. It had everything you need for a short or a long stay, you feel like being at home. Beautiful surroundings, definetely to recommend and we will come back

El The Wild Farm Cottage ofrece vistas al jardín y alojamiento con patio y hervidor a unos 10 km del estadio Mullingar Greyhound. The owners of the cottage cannot do any more for you they are so nice and very helpful We were over for a wedding and arrived at 3am the lighs were on so was the heating they had left food so we could have breakfast b4 we headed out . I received a text asking if there was anything they could do for us .its 2o mins outside mullingar by car and that's why we picked it honestly this is a find ,we have paid a lot more money for a lot less it is a honest rating of 10 out of 10

It had everything we needed and was extremely cozy and relaxing to stay in. We really appreciated the unexpected extras such as bread and lots of other little things to make us feel at home. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities were great. The little town of Multyfarnham couldn't have been cuter. It was ideal for our dog too. Would recommend this stop to anyone.
