La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca del Santa Claus Village, está en un barrio tranquilo y bonito de fácil acceso y con supermercado bastante cerca. La casa es muy acogedora. Tiene todo lo necesario hemos estado muy a gusto. Los dueños son muy amables y siempre dispuestos ayudarte.

The guesthouse itself. It looks much better in actual. Very warm and cosy. With glass walls, I was finally able to enjoy a good view of snow without getting cold. I arrived way too early. I just plan to leave my luggage and go to Santa Village but the host Jussi offered to take me to the village by car. Very accommodating. Really appreciated. Will definitely come back and stay longer. ❤️

first of all it is perfectly located..like 300 meters away from the best spot to see the Aurora Borealis behind the Arktikum. also near city center, malls and restaurants. it s an easy self checkin and you won t deal with staff unless u need smth special. u will get instructions by mail and booking messages as for a 5 year old so u d have to miss ur brain not to manage. staff is great too, very polite. it is very clean, cosy, a lil bit rustic and feels like home. they have a big kitchen all equiped so if you want to cook ur own food it s a plus cause restaurants are very expensive. washing machines and dryer if u need to wash clothes for only 5 eur. bathrooms very clean and accesible. also a big living room with coaches and tv if u want to blend in with other ppl. i must mention the sauna wich is one of the best aditions and only 5 eur per person to use at any hour. just let the staff know and be fair about it. price was definetly not low compared to other destinations but compared to Rovaniemi and northern countries it was one of the lowest i could find. overall one of the best accomodations i ve ever stayed that gives you that magical Cristmas feeling even if it s not Cristmas and will definetly come back when visiting Rovaniemi. tottaly recomend it!!!

The property is in heart of the city, nice restaurants, stores, and many tour operators within 5 minutes of walking. Do not forget to go to the private northern lights tour provided by the apartment owners as it was spectacular. just pure breathtaking

Excelente lugar para hacer base en Rovaniemi. A 900 mts de la estación de tren y 200 mts del bus que te lleva al aeropuerto y aldea de santa claus. Mika fue muy amable, llegue temprano y pude dejar el equipaje hasta el ingreso y también para el check out. La cama era muy cómodo y la calefacción perfecta. La limpieza del lugar estaba muy bien. Muy recomendable !

I like everything about the property. The area also feels very calm. I saw a rabbit pass by the house. Make me like everything. The host gave plenty of coffee and tea. Everything is clean. Location is around 1km away from city centre not far. Walking distance if you like to walk. I will coming back to Rovaniemi next year on March hopefully l can book this property again.
