We could use the changing rooms + shower after the checkout (as we had a very late flight) No plastic bottles but a water filter for drinking water :)

There were plenty of people employed to assist with anything we wanted such as booking taxis etc. All the staff were very polite and pleasant. We paid extra for club facilities which included access to an area on the 21st floor which had an attractive pool surrounded by vegetation and cabanas. A great space for travellers to enjoy if they arrive before check-in. Other pools were on the 12th and top floor. The Marmalade restaurant on the ground floor served food and drinks all day. Very well designed hotel with extra decorative features which made it more attractive than most chain hotels. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and hawker food stalls as well as to Chinatown with interesting streets and alleys to explore. Good location
