The location and price was great. Could take a jog in the mornings and there were coffee shops and a bakery close by. The aircon was funcional and the bathroom adequate.

I had a perfect stay at Xenon, located in a neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was also equipped with everything I needed during my week. I appreciated also the night & day security guard at the entrance. Gina is an amiable host, committed and approachable. Thanks!

Päikeseterrassi ja linnavaatega Guesthouse MALAGUETA INN I & II asub Maputos, 200 meetri kaugusel geoloogiamuuseumist. Külalised saavad einestada kohapealses restoranis. Very small but very nice guesthouse on top of the well known Piri Piri restaurant - you enter via the staircase on the right of Piri Piri, through a "shop" that's only there in daytime - up the staircase, then to the backside and then to the LEFT to a solid looking metal door - there is a doorbell there for the guesthouse. Telling this in detail as I and others missed it at first. The owners are very very friendly helpful and nice, and speak good English. The rest of the staff is equally wonderful, but only speak Portuguese. Rooms are small but adequate. Do NOT expect a business hotel, this is a simply guesthouse! I spent there a week and enjoyed it! The breakfast is really nice (no buffet, it's made for you), when you are not in a rush. Highly recommended for people who are not in a rush and not looking for luxuries. Plenty of good restaurants around by the way (more upmarket for Mozambique), Indian Ocean is in close walking distance (nice walks).
