Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it.

We had a very comfortable and clean family studio, beautifully designed. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were great. Location was very appropriate for our family.

The breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect, very nice staff, beautiful hotel, the pool, and jacuzzi inside were perfect too, and the access for the kids parking outside was great!
