The views and the food were great. We ate both dinner and breakfast seated at a window table in the restaurant — good food, good cocktails and wine, excellent breakfast. The hotel’s location was perfect, the other guests at the hotel and the general atmosphere was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable.
A few months ago, we had a stay at another hotel near an airport which was much less pleasant, although the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best in difficult conditions. My husband actually skipped the breakfast included and went and bought breakfast at another hotel.

It's not an inexpensive hotel but so convenient for Terminal 2. I was able to leave hand luggage in the hotel, check in my large suitcase and then go back for breakfast. Room and food good. I'd stay here again if using T2

Despite the size of the hotel, the staff came across like a family, who cared about us. The actual atmosphere of the dining and foyer areas felt very homely, warm and inviting.

Close to Heathrow airport T5, good for those who catch an early flight. But the bus in morning often over-crowded, the bus driver would skip the bus stop at the hotel. Allow extra time for the bus journey.
We stayed for 9 nights in total on our recent trip to London. Staying here is a much better option if you dont mind the daily commute. Hotel is connected to Heathrow Terminal 4 via a bridge. T4 has 2 underground lines running, connecting it to different parts of central London, Elizabeth line takes 45 minutes and Piccadily line takes an hour. It was a very convenient location for us to explore London fully and we had a lovely time.
Ample parking space (20 pounds per day).
Very clean property, staff was very nice.
-location was great, close to the airport -car park, 12 £ for 24 h, i could find a space -considering that you could here the planes outside in the hotel was very quiet -the price was great, cheapest i could find for a decent hotel -24 h reception, shuttle bus to the airport, restaurant, breakfest for 12 £, clean, the building is a modern one, bathroom is ok, tv work fine, the size of the room is decent(15 sq m)
Ibis Hotel Heathrow is a great place to stay. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean room and very welcoming lobby area. Location is perfect for travelling to Heathrow, 10 mins by bus. Good public transport both to Heathrow and towards Central London.
Breakfast was nice but pretty basic, I wish they could add more fruits to go with cereals. Mushrooms was always ran out and was not refilled. But staffs were always very polite and always ready to help.
Perfect location for an early flight! Comfortable bed. The staff at both Hilton Garden Inns where exceptional. I showed up to the wrong one that is off site from the airport, and the staff there was super helpful in getting me to the correct one. The staff at the terminal where able to check in me in early, I was able to easily get the underground into London for the evening and then back to the hotel for a very early wake up for my flight.
After staying in London for 9 days and then Paris for the weekend, I just wanted a very comfy bed and a very clean space to take a shower and rest. Staff was efficient at check in. Bartender was helpful in booking a taxi for the morning to the airport. Overall, it was all and more than I expected. Had I known more about the Ibis hotels I would have definitely explored a room option for my stay in London. I will remember in the future.
The facilities when entering the hotel was superb! The foyer area was clean and open and as it was christmas time it was very festive. The bedding and bed was super comfortable and soft, much needed way to end the night. Also has great connections to central london and airport via the tub station (hatton cross which is a 1 minute walk away, and bus stops outside the hotel)
superb staff and excellent handling from the very first moment. our room was a 2+ apartment, living/dining + bedroom. Comfortable, good A/C, good noise insulation, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. And the location was simply perfect with easy access to central London. Hayes is the last stop for Oyster card validity! Very generous breakfast.
We had our LHR to DUB flight cancelled and had to find accommodations for the night. This property was close by and available. We were able to book a room and the next morning took the pod from next door to the hotel to terminal 5 at Heathrow. Easy trip. We will stay there again if we have flight problems in London
Very comfy hotel that exceeded our expectations. Room was spotless and quite comfortable. Extra pillows always a plus and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has great ambiance and very good atmosphere. Location is great if you need to be in Uxbridge area. Thought it was far better than 3 stars
loved the apartments
very spacious rooms
had all the kitchen amenities etc
very near to bus station and metro
tesco express just below the hotel
5 min walk to hayes town where u have plenty of restaurants/supermarkets etc
overall the staffs were super helpful
specially Mr Omar and young lady Aliya
Definitely a step above most airport hotels. The location is fantastic - simple access to the airport and an easy trip into central London - and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and other amenities (restaurant and shops) were high quality.
It is a cheap hotel but it was way better than I expected. Nice service, clean room. Fantastic location walking distance from the tube and restaurants. Sainsbury's next door. Great base for all the London trips on the budget. We will be using it again.
Very large clean room.
Breakfast was Good.
Staff were friendly and polite good service.
Hotel in a good location near to the tube station. A good base if travelling into London for the day a show or to see the sights.
Cheaper than staying in London city and about 20 mins via Elizabeth line ( cheaper than Heathrow express ) to city . Easy access from terminal 4 and then quick trains to city and other terminals.nice modern hotel
The hotel is well-located with a very friendly staff who by the way let us check in an hour before 2pm which was great! The lounge area is spacious and the Wi-Fi worked really well. The room was clean and silent.
The ease of getting to the hotel from central London. The signage was excellent and the entrance was very inviting. The options of eating areas and the welcome from staff made for a pleasant stay.
The location was close to the bus stop which was maybe 10 minutes from the Uxbridge tube station. The area itself is nothing special at all other than being close to the tube station we needed.
The location is fabulous. It was like being in the Country but only one mile or so away from Uxbridge town centre. The walks alongside the Canal were beautiful.
Great location and easy access to London. Clean and spacious rooms, with a comfortable bed.The bar was pleasant and
all the staff in the hotel were great.
