A big city on a desertic plateau, surrounded by beautiful hills, which are mainly bare, with some cactuses, palms, and agaves. It has unique feeling, people can't imagine how could such a big city be built there.

Beautiful city.
Beautiful city. I was able to enjoy a few of its attractions due to the CV19 situation, but the ones I did were magnificent.
People were very nice and caring about the crisis with more measures than in the US such as temperature measuring, sanitizing pads for shoes, sanitizer for hands, distancing and mouth coverning. Some people were not keeping social distancing on lines but were readily obedient once admonished.

Gorgeous architecture here and excellent city for walking around and seeing the different buildings. Enormous main plaza and beautiful churches. We went to some excellent museums as well such as the Bullfighting Museum downtown and the Desert Museum.
The hotel is located in the middle of a relatively new commercial/shopping area making it really convenient since it has multiple restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) plus a Walmart really nearby. The hotel also currently has availability of a taxi service (with special pricing for guests) making it easy to get transport if you are struggling to find a ride-share option.
Loved the layout of suites around mini interior courtyards. It was comfortable, clean and very easy to get on and off the highway. Though there's a large kitchen area, it's not equipped for cooking ( no pits and pans) and really for eating you'd need your own utensils.
it is convenient for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the young man who checked us in was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Some renovations done since we last stayed are certainly an improvement. Good restaurant. pet friendly.
The price is great according to what is provided by the Hotel. The personnel was excepcional providing a quick and sharp service, always smiling and so on. My family felt great =D THANKS for helping me providing a great trip for my family
A nice colonial hose restored and built one more rooms, a pool as well right in the center of Saltillo. Quiet for sleeping, Clean and comfortable. Nice area to sit and enjoy the place. Covered parking just opposite the hotel.
Loved the location. Also the entrance with staircase and stained glass window.
The feeling of history about the hotel was also positive, though it needs a lot of TLC.
