For your interview consulado ( ciudad Juárez ) you need 6-7 days - this hotel is perfect for your needs !!
Consulate & clinics , walking distance ! No need car - area is safe - restaurants - big mall all you need is there !
Hotel is decent price , community in that area is small so main income is guests that travel for emigration interviews ! This is better option than home stay .
Please don’t expect fancy beds , wide screen TV breakfast buffet !! Free laundry !!! Coffe , snack bar .! Compare prices this a nice hotel for the price ! Good luck in your interview .
( important - if you fly from CBX - Tijuana airport be ware aware , buy one way on the return buy ticket on line for the return ( no airport airline staff all day ) volaris to contact a human operator is poor ! )
This was the only mild negative issue !!!

It was pretty quiet nothing like people use to say about it the establishments around were safe and the people were friendly, the only downside it’s that there’s not too much information about what to visit there, people staying a little longer at the hotel was a little bored, and if you ask if there’s something or somewhere interesting to go, there’s no much information about it

I really liked Central Park but it needs a lot of work the water so really dirty the animals are dying. It smells really bad Saturday and Sunday. They sell food there and have rights for kids. It’s a nice family atmosphere, but it’s just dirty the waters terrible. The ponds are really really dirty. They really need a lot of work.

I met my mom there, she came from Jalisco, I came down from the US. My mom was told by the taxi driver that picked her up from the airport to NEVER go out by herself, or walk around the area alone. She was relieved when I got there because she was "finally" able to go out and eat meals other than what the hotel and the little strip mall outside the hotel provided; however, I saw nothing out of the ordinary while I was there. We went out to restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and dinners. We went to a mall that was close by a couple of times, one in the evening (not super late where it was dark) for some ice cream as it was SUPER HOT during the time we were there (July). Taxis leaving the hotel were parked there but coming back we used UBER and Taxis (by flagging them down) and saw nothing sus about it. We didn't have time to go explore more due to the fact that we were there for a couple of days for paperwork purposes, but I mentioned to one of the taxi drivers about how the airport people told us not to ever go out and about, and he was sad to hear that, to hear the bad rap CD. Juarez gets. Anyway during the daytime, and close to dark I saw nothing wrong, people shopping around, and going about their business.
The location as in proximity to the port of entry to El Paso. In addition, it’s across the street from a shopping plaza with supermarket and pharmacy and 2 extra restaurant options other than the one in the hotel.
I also really like the architecture of the hotel with an open air atrium and the pool, hot tub also in the middle with ample outdoor furniture and the small gym that did the trick during my stay. I also liked how all the hotel room wrapped around the open air with the balconies. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.
I have booked at this place for the past 12 years every time I’ve been to Ciudad Juarez . This place always has a clean environment and staff is super friendly. I had a medical emergency with my toddler in the staff immediately responded with help in transportation to a nearby hospital. their staff was super vigilant and helpful. I will be forever grateful! The chef in the kitchen is amazing always making sure everyone is satisfied and the food is amazing. Thankyou!
Consulate is just steps away from Hotel Mesaluna, the employees are kind and helpful specially the ladies that cleaned our room they were always friendly, the ladies that served our breakfast every morning for the 5 days we stayed at the Mesaluna, also the Hotel driver Alberto was really helpful and kind to take us to the Consulate due to my Mother disability. We thank the staff so much. God bless you all.
The hotel is situated in the perfect location if visiting Ciudad Juárez for immigration purposes. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast offered was good and convenient. A room key is required to go up the elevator and there is a security guard outside the property all day, which both provide a sense of security.
Don`t reserve here. The Hotel is under renovation, only one elevator is available, breakfast is quite bad. Attention from staff is very bad and with low empathy. They don´t warn you that is under renovation and you have to expect bad facilities. Noisy due to the works, low privacy. Not recommendable.
The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. I definitely recommend anyone coming to the consulate stay at this hotel. Everything is within walking distance. Not to mention the free breakfast is delicious. We were super comfortable at this hotel.
I enjoyed big rooms with additional seating area. Location is great and hotel staff is very nice, friendly and really helpful. Breakfast are good, but I couldn't really enjoy breakfasts served in rooms.
Rooms are clean and spacious. The most nice surprise was that both TVs in the room have streaming services, which is something most hotel chains should follow as an example.
The hotel is very clean. Every one is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and if youre coming for the u.s consulate everything is within walking distance.
Breakfast buffet was very expensive me and my friends we have to go To The Fiesta inn hotel to have breakfast there because us good food and good price
